Buying leather goods online in the EU: delivery, VAT and returns
Buying from a shop based in the EU means no customs fees, VAT already included in the price and a 14-day right to return. House of Azuro delivers to all 27 EU countries: free throughout Bulgaria, and free elsewhere in the EU on orders over €150 (€9.90 below).
No customs, VAT included
Goods sent between EU countries do not pass customs. Prices on House of Azuro are in EUR with VAT included, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery times
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 calendar days of payment.
- Bulgaria: 1-2 business days after dispatch, usually one.
- Other EU countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Greece, Romania and the rest): 2-7 business days.
- Delivery is free throughout Bulgaria on every order; elsewhere in the EU free on orders over €150, €9.90 below.
Returns
Under the EU right of withdrawal you may return a piece within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. EU consumers also have a two-year legal guarantee against defects, and every House of Azuro piece adds a 3-year warranty on workmanship and materials: if a covered fault appears, the piece is replaced.
Outside the EU
House of Azuro does not deliver outside the European Union, including the UK, Norway and Switzerland.
