Information necessary to fulfil orders, deliver customer care, process lawful payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations is processed. Optional marketing communications require an appropriate consent or other lawful basis.

Orders and payments are processed by Shopify, email is handled through Google Workspace, and this website is hosted by Lovable. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by applicable law.

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google) to understand visits, product views, additions to the bag and checkout starts. Its _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and store session information for up to 2 years. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Data may be processed outside the EEA under Google's applicable data-transfer safeguards. You can allow analytics without advertising measurement through Preferences, and change or withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you reject analytics, we send no Google Analytics events; withdrawing consent deletes its cookies.

Only if you accept advertising measurement in the cookie notice, we use OpenAI's measurement pixel and the Meta Pixel to understand which ads in ChatGPT, Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and purchases. It records page and product views, items added to the bag, checkout starts and completed orders. For a completed order, we send OpenAI and Meta the order value and items, together with a hashed (SHA-256) email address and phone number, and for Meta the Meta browser identifiers described in the Cookie Policy. Raw contact details are never sent. If you decline, none of this happens. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
