Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Standard delivery to supported EU destinations is included in the displayed product price. An order is accepted only when confirmed through the completed checkout process.

Orders normally dispatch within 1–2 calendar days after payment confirmation. Eligible consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt. See Shipping & Returns for the approved process.

Every piece carries the House of Azuro 3-year commercial warranty against faults in workmanship and materials, set out on the Warranty page. It is given in addition to, and does not limit, the minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods that applies to EU consumers.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unsuitable cleaning products, and natural leather changes are not automatically manufacturing defects, subject always to mandatory statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence.

Payment is processed securely through the Shopify checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by House of Azuro.
