House of Azuro currently delivers throughout the European Union only. The United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU destinations are not supported at launch.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 calendar days after payment confirmation. Delivery within Bulgaria is free on every order, whatever the piece. Elsewhere in the EU, delivery is free on orders over €150; orders below €150 carry a €9.90 delivery charge, shown at checkout.

After dispatch, delivery within Bulgaria normally takes 1–2 business days. Elsewhere in the European Union, delivery normally takes 2–7 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt under the EU statutory right of withdrawal. We may ask for a reason to support feedback and quality control, but providing one is not required.

Products should be returned in their original condition with all supplied accessories and detachable components. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the order, House of Azuro will cover the appropriate return shipping costs. Faults in workmanship or materials are also covered for three years by the House of Azuro warranty.

Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the product is received or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method; your bank may require additional processing time.
