Customer CareLeather Care
A measured routine helps genuine leather retain its character while allowing a natural patina to develop.
Everyday care
Remove light surface dust with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, alcohol-based products, harsh cleaning agents, and abrasive surfaces.
For deeper cleaning or conditioning, use a product intended for genuine leather and test it first on a small, inconspicuous area. Do not over-condition, as excessive treatment may alter colour, texture, or finish.
Moisture and heat
Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, high humidity, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. If the leather becomes wet, gently blot excess moisture and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.
Do not use hairdryers, radiators, or other direct heat sources.
Storage
Store your piece in a cool, dry place. When a bag is not in use, avoid leaving excessive weight inside it and maintain its natural shape where possible.
Natural leather may develop subtle variations in colour, grain, and patina. These characteristics are part of the material and are not automatically defects.
