Where do you deliver?
We deliver to supported destinations throughout the European Union. Delivery within Bulgaria is free on every order. Elsewhere in the EU, delivery is free on orders over €150; €9.90 below. We do not currently deliver outside the EU, including to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders normally dispatch within 1–2 calendar days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery within Bulgaria normally takes 1–2 business days, and elsewhere in the European Union normally takes 2–7 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Can I return an order?
Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Full conditions are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
What are the products made from?
Every product in the first collection is made from genuine calfskin leather, machine-stitched, with edges finished by hand. Product-specific construction and dimensions appear in the Details section of each product page.
How should I care for the leather?
Keep it away from prolonged moisture, direct heat, harsh cleaners, perfumes, and oils. See the full Leather Care guide.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece carries the House of Azuro 3-year warranty against faults in workmanship and materials. If a covered fault appears, we replace the piece. It is given in addition to your EU legal guarantee, never instead of it. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
